We are looking for an HR and Administration Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all HR documents and processes (i.e. new hires,  contracts, payroll)
  • Coordinating processes of hiring foreigners
  • Cooperation with the accounting company
  • Point of contact for institutions (i.e. ZUS, Tax office)
  • Managing payments and invoices
  • Point of contact for employees in HR Admin-related queries
  • Supporting the company in the office management

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of labor law and basics of accounting
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of ‘Optima kadry i płace’ program
  • Excellent self-organization, capability to work autonomously
  • As a plus: command of French
